Community Based Employment offers a wide range of employment opportunities in several communities throughout Southern Minnesota. MRCI WorkSource works with hundreds of employers, in an effort to provide a work experience tailored to an individual’s skills and abilities. Individuals may work independently, in a MRCI supervised small group setting, or in a one on one type work environment. Jobs include all types of positions including office, manufacturing, packaging, janitorial, and computer document scanning.
